MPP Arastradero Model 3 & Y Rear Camber Arms

$395.00
  • Availability: Out Of Stock
Description

Pure connection to the road, precision adjustment capability.

If you lower your Model 3 or Model Y, you may find that you run out of adjustment of the factory toe adjuster. In addition, the factory adjustment is not very precise and difficult to lock down accurately. Most significantly, the toe arm yields a significant improvement in steering response and rear-end feel. Something true mountain carving enthusiasts will really enjoy.

  • CNC’d from billet 6061-T6 aluminum rather than using steel tube, they look almost as good as they function
  • Stainless steel adjusters and hardware
  • Clamps on the threads and an offset adjuster mean precise, quick alignments
  • Sealed spherical bearings will last the lifetime of the car
  • Eliminate rubber bushings, feel a true connection to the road
  • No noises or wear, unlike other brands using spherical rod ends
  • Preset to the OEM length for a quick bolt-in installation, drive to your alignment shop

Fits these vehicles: Model 3 RWD, Dual Motor, Performance, Performance w/ PUP. Model Y AWD, Model Y Performance, Model Y Performance w/ PUP

MPP Rear Toe Arms take everything they’ve learned from motorsport and road car performance for over 15 years and apply it to the Tesla Model 3/Y. They know how important it is for suspension arms to be easy to adjust, have great durability even in harsh climates, and have solid bearings rather than rubber bushings for the ultimate connection to the road.

Most aftermarket suspension arms are made using either urethane bushings, which are used because they are cheap – or spherical rod ends, which are ideal for performance but don’t last very long in sandy or salty environments. The solution is to use an OEM production sealed bearing – delivering the performance of a spherical and the durability of an OE part. The sealed bearing is just like a ball joint, it is solid and has virtually no compliance while being lubricated and protected from corrosion.

Rod ends tend to thread into a suspension arm, which makes them very easy to adjust – whereas a pressed-in bearing offers no adjustment. The solution is to use an offset thread turnbuckle allowing for precise adjustment. Rather than using jam-nuts – which always affect the alignment when locking down the nuts – the clamping system allows the alignment technician to perfectly set the alignment, then tighten the clamp bolts without throwing off the camber. The system offers a change in arm length of only 0.5 mm per entire rotation of the turnbuckle!

The turnbuckles are made from stainless steel, as are the bolts and nuts – so they will never corrode or rust. The arms are CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum, and anodized blue for durability and aesthetics.

These arms come fully assembled at set to the factory length. We always recommend using anti-seize lubricant to prevent any galvanic corrosion between aluminum and steel. The toe-adjustment range is more than enough to cover any toe setting desired, even at any imaginable camber setting. Arms come as a pair of two and are warranted for 3 years.
