Shipping.

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. 

For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-10 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 7-14 business days for order processing and verification.

To protect our customers, The Driveway is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and The Driveway will only ship to the address provided at checkout, 

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by The Driveway and all items are subject to availability.

Acknowledgement of your order means that The Driveway has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. The Driveway may in its discretion require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

The Driveway reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to: invalid, incomplete, improper, or missing payment or shipping information; limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; use of any robot, spider or other automatic device, software, process or application to place, or take preparatory steps to place, one or more orders; violation of these Terms and Conditions; or actual or suspected fraud or abuse.

The Driveway will verify the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item's correct price is lower than the stated price, The Driveway will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if The Driveway determines that there were inaccuracies in the product information, The Driveway may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.

Delivery. The Driveway will attempt in good faith to deliver your items in accordance with your order, but The Driveway will not be responsible or liable for any delays or failure in such delivery. The Driveway expressly reserves the right to effect delivery of any order in any number of separate shipments, and the modes of transport and carriers will be decided at The Driveway's discretion. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. If your delivery address is geographically remote or otherwise difficult to deliver to, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. The Driveway will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to any cause which is unavoidable or beyond The Driveway's reasonable control. In such cases, Company will have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within a reasonable time.

 Authorization. You authorize The Driveway to charge all sums for the orders that you make, including all applicable taxes, to the payment method specified in your account. If you pay any fees with a credit card, The Driveway may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Lost or Stolen Package

The Driveway is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.

Shipping Charges; Shipping Restrictions. We will list shipping charges for your order upon checkout, and you must pay all shipping charges for the location of the address you provide. Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. You must also pay all tariff, import, customs, tax, and other charges applicable in your jurisdiction. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. Due to shipping restrictions and/or restrictions by law, The Driveway does not ship to the following locations: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Risk of Loss

All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon The Driveway’s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
