As a consumer, we have all been to a "quick" tire shop that carelessly handled our wheels and tires. We end up finding heartbreaking scratches on our expensive wheels. We've all been there. Our team understands this type of frustration so we are changing this norm. We use a state-of-the-art tire machine that doesn't rely on a tire pry bar. Instead it has a lever-less system, preventing damages from occurring during tire installs. TLDR; we won't f*ck up your wheels.
We use a OEM-approved Hunter Road-Force™ Balancer. This machinery has a roller that pushes against the tire to simulate the tire riding on the road. This feature will find any imperfections, allowing us to force-match the stiffest area of the tire to the lowest spot of the wheel to cancel out the radial-force vibrations.
